Web31 Jan 2024 · Without smoothboot, the client takes 45 seconds to load, and pins my 8 core 16 thread CPU at 100% for a lot of that time. With smoothboot, it loads in 26 seconds, and the CPU is nowhere near 100% utilization. Basically cuts loadtime in half. I don't know what magic this is but it seems to work and works really well.
