The other SLS, is plugged in 99% of the time, and has never had smart charging.
WebSmart Charging is an always-on feature of Surface devices. It detects that your device is frequently used while plugged in, which can damage the battery if held at a high charge state. So instead of 100%, it'll stop at about 80% of the actual capacity while still saying the battery is full in the battery meter.
