WebAug 10, 2024 · Hi, hardware resered memory is set by the motherboard. Some motherboards may have an option for that in the bios, but most ones dont. You cant simply disable it. Also, 8 GB of ram shouldnt be a problem. Its probably a CPU/HDD issue htats causing your PC to be slow. If there is a setting in the BIOS for it, it shouldnt cause issues lowering the ...
