Even if its just semantic, I doubt that its due to bad "server performance" per se but rather the lag compensation that works very badly, perhaps due to high ping players or perhaps just because of bad optimization. You also can disable sli, or turn advance physx off to remove micro-stutter. Im that game sli + physx is the problem. Sli alone, or physx alone is ok. But when both are turned on, its a micro-stutter fest, that a fps limitter does fix.
