I find that Ninja's interface is both intuitive for basic tasks (remote access, current status, software inventory, etc) and powerful for easily applying policies across multiple (or just a single) site or subset of machines. WebNot sure if this is Atera or Splashtop. Still annoying especically for really long passwords or file paths -Doesn't do feature updates. Ie wont ever update a machine from Win 10 1903 to 1909. Im not sure any of the RMM products actually support this though despite many claiming they do.
